Preparation for service

Latte: 4g matcha with 60ml water at 80°C. Whisk to a smooth paste, then add 200ml milk.

Iced: 5g matcha with 80ml water at 80°C. Whisk, pour over ice and top with milk. Dose up slightly to allow for dilution.

Storage and shelf life

Keep sealed, cool and away from direct light. Refrigerate after opening. Shelf life is 18 months sealed; best flavour within eight weeks after opening.

Lot traceability

A lot number and best-by date are printed on every pouch. A certificate of analysis is available on request.
